Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing the annual work plan
  • Organizing, planning, implementing and evaluating internal meetings
  • Coordinate working operations
  • Ensure schedules and objectives are met
  • Monitor operating costs, budgets, and resources
  • Communicate with third parties and evaluate their needs and specifications
  • Create reports, analyse and interpret data
  • Administration of recruitment processes as well as trainings & staff development
  • Secure adherence to organisation policies and guidelines


Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as assistant manager or similar position (preferred in NGO sector)
  • The ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects / tasks
  • Ability and willingness to work with young people
  • Experience in recruiting and performing evaluations is an asset
  • Familiar with financial service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of data analysis procedures
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Analytical mind with good organisation skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
  • Interest and ability to work in a multi-national/ethnic environment
  • Knowledge of both spoken and written English or German language (minimum B2)


The position is based on a 40-hour working week and can be filled asap.
