We’re in search of a recruiter who can fill engineering roles with qualified experts. You’ll handle the full recruitment cycle, from developing a sourcing strategy and screening resumes to conducting interviews that yield valuable information. Our partner companies are growing fast: you’ll be a key part of a team that’s aiming to recruit 40-50 qualified candidates each month.

For this role, we’re looking for candidates who combine technical fluency with hard-earned experience. You should be able to talk confidently about engineering topics, in a way that conveys to in-demand employees that their talents will be respected. You’ll also help improve our recruitment pipeline and candidate filtering tools to staff rapidly scaling organizations.

You will:

  • Work with a talented international team of recruiters, focused on delivering great people to great organizations
  • Own the full recruiting cycle for senior engineering roles
  • Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline for qualified technical candidates
  • Measure your progress with regular metrics, and iterate on your processes if you fail to meet them
  • Establish pipeline filtering systems, including efficient resume screening, high-quality job postings, and recruit database management
  • Improve interview workflows to maximize the quality of recruits and the value of each interview


  • 3+ years experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
  • Experience hiring specialized technical experts
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup or an engineer-first company
  • Experience hiring international employees
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of AMS platforms
  • Experience using CMS to post job ads
  • Analytical, data-driven work style
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience working remotely
