Recruitment Generalist

Looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help grow a stealth-mode AI startup by joining their remote team.

Help grow this Silicon Valley-based, stealth-mode AI healthcare startup by joining their remote team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

They’re looking for a fiercely independent and self-motivated person who can thrive in the comfort of their own work-space, on their own hours.

You will:

• Screen applicants by accessing resumes, tracking application status, and pre-assessing work sample tasks
• Reach out to candidates in English, responding to applicants' questions
• Schedule interviews
• Post job listings on job boards and social media sites
• Search LinkedIn, UpWork, and other professional sites for applicants
• Maintain social media accounts

Requirements:

• A minimum 1-year of experience in HR/recruitment or related BA degree
• Be skilled in communication
• Be proficient in written and spoken English
• Able to learn fast
• Have a strong knowledge of operating PCs/Internet, and extensive internet research experience

Nice to haves:

• A basic technical background
• Prior experience working remotely
