Operations Generalist

As a business grows, the amount of obstacles that it’s employees encounters grows as well. If this is poorly managed, it can lead to people spending more and more time doing busywork and less and less doing what they’re best at. To remedy this, a strong, adaptable ops team is necessary to ease the burden, and enable everyone in the organisation to be their very best. Emerson Croft is seeking ops generalists for our partner companies that love to help others, and have a wide reaching impact across an organisation.

We’re looking for someone who feels at home in a digital space, and can navigate software as well as they can the real world. You’ll be conducting research, providing documentation about your findings and processing data with a high degree of autonomy and initiative. To succeed in this role, you need to be versatile, with strong critical thinking and organisational skills. You’ll be a true generalist, working with every team in the organisation to ensure they have the tools and information they need to succeed.
