HR Generalist

Looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help grow a stealth-mode AI startup by joining their remote team.

Help grow this Silicon Valley-based, stealth-mode AI healthcare startup by joining their remote team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

They’re looking for a fiercely independent and self-motivated person who can thrive in the comfort of their own work-space, on their own hours.

You will:

• Help HR Lead in daily activities
• Contribute to the effective workflow of the team
• Specialize in particular HR area (onboarding, offboarding, training, etc.)
• Manage and coordinate HR development
• Establish innovative tactical HR initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues from all company departments
• Develop efficient HR policies
• Optimize pay strategies for colleagues

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree and at least 1 year of experience in HR at an international company or startup
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Confidence using technology
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to function effectively and think critically in a rapidly changing environment
• Attention to details
