You will:
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and take responsibility for meeting them
- Build a sales pipeline that meets the needs of existing customers while facilitating expansion
- Capitalize on opportunities to bring in new customers and markets
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales pipeline and propose solutions
- Maintain and update customer data in a CRM
- Analyze customer needs and coordinate solutions with the Product and Engineering departments
- Manage customer support requirements
- Negotiate agreements with customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising, or equivalent experience
- Proven negotiating experience
- Experience working directly with clients
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Enthusiastic networking skills
- Patient customer service skills
Nice to haves:
- Experience building a sales team
- Experience working remotely
- Provable public speaking experience
