Emerson Croft is seeking a remote Account Manager to build fruitful client relationships at a stealth-mode startup.

You will:

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and take responsibility for meeting them
  • Build a sales pipeline that meets the needs of existing customers while facilitating expansion
  • Capitalize on opportunities to bring in new customers and markets
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales pipeline and propose solutions
  • Maintain and update customer data in a CRM
  • Analyze customer needs and coordinate solutions with the Product and Engineering departments
  • Manage customer support requirements
  • Negotiate agreements with customers


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising, or equivalent experience
  • Proven negotiating experience
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Proficient written and spoken English
  • Enthusiastic networking skills
  • Patient customer service skills
