  • Setting up operations, establishing processes and running the day-to-day management of a dispatch team
  • Supervising onboarding, and actively participate in continuous professional development of the dispatch team
  • Tracking of daily performance
  • Supervise the hiring process for the fleet, onboarding and trainings
  • Manage scheduling for the fleet
  • Preparing and analysing large data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
  • Reporting
  • Process optimisation
  • Ensuring local implementation of global projects, in particular roll out of dispatching tools
  • Working towards constantly improving customer experience


  • Degree from university in Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Economics
  • or similar
  • Min 2-year work experience on similar positions
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure thinking and build efficient processes
  • Familiar with modern technology
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially excel
  • Willingness to learn new things and improve ways of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • Fluency in English
