Your mission if you choose to accept:

• Lead Donesi.com business operations in Bosnia, taking responsibility for designing and executing Restaurant Operations, Sales, Marketing & Logistics strategic initiatives while maintaining the company-wide budget.

• Ensure country level targets are set, adapted on a city level and delivered.
  
• Have full P&L responsibility and own business objectives according to Top line targets.
  
• Devise a long-term strategy & constantly adapting for making sure Donesi.com is the leader in the market.
  
• Identify growth opportunities and drive plans to capture them through operational improvements, restaurant growth, marketing support and/or new initiatives.
  
• Make things happen & drive the team.
  
• Leverage all regional & central resources at your disposal towards meeting your goals.
  
• Manage a multi-functional team and work closely with international & regional teams.
  

Your skills:

• Managerial experience gained within either a top tier management consulting firm/International company/similar level occupation.
  
• Solid leadership / business experience, ideally in digital companies (preferable FMCG/ eCommerce/HoReCa).
  
• Data driven with an analytical mind.
  
• Hands-on, pragmatic, committed straight shooter; will make things happen.
  
• People person: inspiring leader with strong followership.
  
• You've got a good judgment and an ambition that inspires others
