Responsibilities:

• Setting up operations, establishing processes and running the day-to-day management of a fleet
• Lead the hiring process for the fleet
• On-boarding, and participation in training process of the fleet
• Manage attendance and conduct riders’ compliance
  
• Responsible for the riders’ procurement equipment, keeping track about complete fleet equipment and supervise maintenance
• Offer guidance and support to the fleet when needed and cover most of the points upfront (proactivity is the key)
• Ensure that all riders receive their necessary compliance and safety training and that they understand the importance of wearing their helmet
• Optimize delivery operations to improve delivery time
• Ensure fleet’s well-being and compliance
• Work towards constantly improving customer experience
• Keep tracking of the daily performance
• Support Logistic Manager in preparation of the reports and analyses
• Identify potential operational bottlenecks and recognise and suggest optimization opportunities

Requirements:

• People person with business understanding and strong communication skills.
• Analytical mind
• Familiar with modern technology
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially excel
• Willingness to learn new things and improve ways of working
• Interest and a good understanding of e-commerce and the food market
• Fluency in English
