Logistic Specialist

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2,5 years of logistics experience preferably in retail industry
• Fluent in English
• Competent in MS Office programs
• Bachelor’s degree
• Improved communication, leadership skills and high persuasive skills
• Achievement and result oriented, openness for development
• Planning and organization, problem solving and analysis
• Commercial point of view

Job Description:

• Manages and coordinates the company's logistic and supply chain function including acquisition, warehousing and distribution/transportation to meet company’s business requirements. This logistic position for a specific location but is governed by policies and frameworks established by the larger corporation.
• Organizes and directs operations within a warehouse to effectively manage receipt, storage, picking, packaging, loading, and shipping of products to stores.
• This role is expected to supervise warehouse operations to ensure that orders are selected, packaged, loaded, and dispatched safely, timely, and efficiently, and proper records are maintained. Typically accountable for a single warehouse.
• Coordinates all day-to-day logistics activities required for the transportation of products, via all available product lines.
• Plans and manages allocated supply chain resources and demand processes to ensure the business meets agreed customer service targets at minimum operating cost and optimum stock levels.
• Ensures warehouse stock accuracy physically and systematically.
• Checks the details and accuracy of the monthly logistics invoices and registers the invoices in the system.

• Identifies the causes of product losses and takes corrective action
  

• Prepares routine logistics performance reports for the management

Candidate is expected to work in warehouse Office.

Working hours 08:00-17:00
