Your Tasks:
- Solution Coordination: Collate inputs from cross-functional teams to craft solutions that meet customer requirements
- Expert Consultation: Offer your solutions expertise throughout the sales lifecycle
- Documentation: Accurately document the agreed solutions requirements
- Contractual Translation: Convert solution requirements into applicable contractual formats (e.g., Statements of Work (SOW))
- Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives aimed at increasing automation and reducing delivery times
What We Expect:
- Experience and Expertise: 5+ years of work experience in solutions or consulting, preferably in a BPO environment
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Functional Competencies:
- Broad knowledge of customer experience and trust and safety business
- Strong solutions coordination and development skills
- Effective stakeholder management
- General knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to solve complex problems with innovative approaches and sound judgment
- Core Competencies:
- Supportive and customer-centric mindset
- Tech-savvy with a focus on leveraging technology
- Commitment to self-development and continuous learning
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English
- Remote Work Requirements: Stable internet connection and a suitable workspace
