In this role you will support the management in back office and finance activities and actively contribute to the success of the company.

Your activities:
- Active office management and important organizational activities
- Occasional procurement of furniture and office supplies etc.
- Support in preparation and processing of the necessary documentation flow (accounting, payroll, invoices, time recording, monthly financial statements, absences, warehouses in cooperation with
- financial officer)
- Service-oriented communication between employees and our national & international customers as well
- as partner companies
- Work preparation for management, departments, projects, support around planning, appointments,
- communication, business trips, team building organization with colleagues

Your profile:
- You have commercial training, the background in Economy or comparable experience with several years
- of professional experience in the field of assistance
- You have a good knowledge of business administration
- You have good knowledge of MS Office 365 programs-nice to have
- You are meticulous, accurate and reliable in your working methods
- You have a good command of written and spoken English (German is a plus)
- You have a quick apprehension
- You are an open and willing to learn personality
