Sales Manager for CEE

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Manages product sales, both domestically and abroad
Develops business relationship with customers in solving their specific requirements, and negotiating on price adjustments
Follows developments in domestic and foreign markets, participates in product developments in order to bring it closer to customers' requirements and identifies the needs of future markets
Serves existing customers, takes orders and registers new (user) accounts on the basis of planning and organizing daily work, schedules visits of existing or potential retail facilities and other sales managers
Adapts the contents of sales presentations by verifying other sales outlets or sales factors
Directs sales activities by studying existing and potential capacity of buyers
Sends orders in accordance with the price lists and product catalogs
Supervises competition by collecting information about the current state of the market regarding price, product, new products, terms, sales techniques, etc.
Proposes changes regarding products, services and guidelines by performing an assessment of results and development of competition
Resolves customer complaints examining problems, developing solutions;
Creating various reports and giving suggestions to management

Candidate’s profile:

Ability to organize work, plan and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work independently
Willingness to travel (sales activities are carried out by business trips for around 3 weeks per month)
Owning a strong work ethics and team player mentality
High level of integrity
