The role of the Sales Agent is to manage customer relationships as well as sales with a focus on customer retention and also ensuring the highest possible support through the entire process with first-class communication by phone and email.

        • Dealing with the customer portfolio

        • Maintenance of the customer relationship

        • In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial markets

        • Fluent in spoken and written German

        • Very good organisational and time-management skills
