You will:

• Write and post ads regarding various technical vacancies.
  
• Source potential candidates via social networks.
  
• Coordinate with IT team leaders during the whole candidate selection process.
  
• Compose job offers.
  
• Promote company’s culture and values.
  

If you have

• At least 2 years of working experience as a technical recruiter.
  
• Understanding of the current technology trends and ability to explain job requirements.
  
• Previous experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems.
  
• Experience with various approaches to recruitment.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
