Workforce Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for:

• Relevant professional experience in operational planning, preferably in a BPO or Contact Center environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. formula calculation, formatting, pivot charts, etc.), VBA skills are an asset
• Very good analytical and organizational skills as well as a strong affinity for numbers
• Strong communication skills, an empathic and team-oriented personality
• Very good spoken and written English is a must for this role
• Enthusiasm for innovation and a high degree of flexibility

Overview of tasks:

• Personnel resource planning daily, weekly and monthly basis (forecasting and scheduling)
• Contact person for employees for all questions regarding schedule and vacation
• Efficient staffing of personnel to achieve service levels and other operative goals and targets
• Processing of vacation requests and evaluation of project-related statistics
• Close cooperation with project management and clients, as well as our international workforce management team
• Achievement of the specific project and company targets in terms of workforce planning, regarding to available resources
