Overview of tasks:

  • Handle incoming phone calls from new and existing clients
  • Provide support for questions and information about the online shop
  • Responding to customer inquiries on the topics of exchanges, invoices, returns as well as stock and delivery information

  • Fun at the customer support and empathic procedure in the processing of diverse customer requests
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in Danish or Swedish and English
  • Routines with common PC and Internet applications
  • Goal-oriented and independent way of working
