IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong personality, with real potential, hard-working and good-humored;

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Academic studies (medicine/pharmacy/dentistry, veterinary)
  
• Experiences in the pharmaceutical sector, OTC and gynecology will be taken as advantage
  

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability for business trips
  
• Good PC literacy
  
• Valid B-category driving license
  
• Fluency in English

• Works well with targets and can focus very well
  
• Knows how to establish priorities and organizes efficiently
  
• Can make clear judgements and make decisions
  
• Communicates efficiently, is persuasive, creates a better relationship with clients through dialogue

• Has initiative, searches opportunities for development and finds solutions together with the team
  
• Copes well to a potentially stressful environment, has a sociable, communicative and open nature, believes in excellent services
  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promotes ethically original medicines (in pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, private practices) through direct visits or within medical events
  
• Sells medicines in the portfolio trough promotion
  
• Builds up relationships with important clients (pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies, wholesalers, specialist doctors or GPs)
  
• Fulfills sales targets at area level
  
• Identifies new clients, maintains relations with important clients
  
• Sends activity reports and strategic/tactical proposals to superiors
  
• Negotiates contracts
  
• Collects, classifies and interprets information specific to performed activity
