Junior Network Engineer (m/f)

Location: Banja Luka

Job summary:

• The Junior Network Engineer works along with the Senior Network Engineer and other IT groups to design, deploy, and maintain complex enterprise networks consisting of switches, routers, firewalls, various wireless devices, and their requisite management.
• You’ll learn from Senior engineers. We value your ideas, perspective on how to get things done. Work on network infrastructures. You have a chance to work with different kind of network equipment. Deliver business solutions and technology solutions to our customers.

Qualities that make great candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1 - 2 years of network engineering experience in a professional environment
• Some experience working with Cisco
• Familiarity dealing with multiple vendors
• Understanding of TCP/IP and the OSI stack
• Understanding of routing protocols
• Understanding of switching, firewalls, STP, VLANs, VPNs, Trunks, ACLs, multicast routing (IGMP, PIM)
• The candidate should have experience with Wireless Technology (Cisco)
• The candidate must have strong analytical and logical problem solving skills.
• The candidate must have good writing, interpersonal and communications skills with applicable experience working within a team environment.
• Likes to travel and work on big project

Extra Points For:

• Experience performing network traffic and protocol analysis
• Basic understanding of Linux
• Desire to obtain a CCNA
