As our manufacturing technology Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing projects for our external customers and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tasks and Duties:

• Managing project resources, developing project plans and schedules, conducting feasibility studies, performing cost calculations, overseeing sample and prototype processing, as well as analysis to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that project requirements are met and that project timelines are on track.
  
• Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully complete projects.
  
• Coordinating with external customers to ensure that project requirements are met and that customer expectations are exceeded.
  
• Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize production efficiency and quality
  
• Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, process engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• Proven experience in manufacturing or related field, with a strong technical understanding of the production process.
  
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful project completion.
  
• High motivation and enthusiasm to work in a performance-oriented work environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders, be fluent in English and willingness to improve German skill as fast as possible.
