Requirements:

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of experience on similar position
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • PC literacy (MS Office)
  • Driving license


Responsibilities:

  • Business correspondence
  • Provides secretarial and administrative support
  • Greets and manages all visiting members and guests in addition to handle all of their needs for the duration of their stay
  • Maintains office/ pantry supplies inventory and replenishment
  • Organization of events and meetings (external and internal)
  • Maintains an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization
  • Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned

  • Demonstrate ability to handle work independently and efficiently
