Required qualifications:

  • College or University degree
  • Working experience in same or similar position
  • Knowledge of German is necessary (both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of English will be considered as an advantage, but is not mandatory
  • PC literacy


Main responsibilities:

  • Provides general administrative support to employees
  • Provides support to employees in employer’s Sales department - managing accounting, financial reporting, invoices and offeres, administrational procedures
  • Organisation of deliveries to the final customer (submission of documents and organizing the handover)
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing post, faxes and company emails, intake of accounts and e-banking bill payment
  • Correspondence with all the clients, subsidiaries and affiliates in accordance with orders of employer
  • Providing administrative support such as creating, processing, archiving and maintaining department database records, copying, scanning, printing, binding, faxing and shredding by orders of Director and employees
  • Performs personnel affairs, such as maintaining office policies and procedures
