Marketing Services Specialist - CRM

Requirements:

• University or College degree
• Relevant working experience on same or similar position
• Deep understanding of CRM system
• Proficient in customer database use
• Familiar with market research and customer segmentation principles
• Advanced knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
• Strong computer skills

Main responsibilities:

• Focused on making CRM reliable and useful tool through further developing the database, Sales Team training, implementation and efficient maintaining
• Ensuring that Sales Team is using CRM effectively to maximize sales by monitoring use patterns, regular reporting, communicating improvements and evaluating modules efficacy
• Accountable for data base data accuracy and update on internal and external data
• Follows CRM software updates, test those and propose usage strategy and action plan for achieving full usage
• Providing necessary market related reports and analysis according to CRM data base accuracy and availability
• Works closely with Campaign Managers, Area Sales Managers and Campaign Team to establish roadmaps, plans, and individual projects to advance customer data management and usage for intelligence, marketing, and commercial decision making
• Participates in shaping country business strategies and tactics specifically related to customer insights, analytics and value
• Contributes to campaign preparation & follow-up activities
• Contributes to the delivery of expected business results through leverage of information, customer insights and enablement through CRM capabilities
• Takes care of the company website information updates
