Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Incidents, problems and changes to meet or exceed support service levels
  • Provide second level IT support to business users, relating to deployed IT solutions.
  • Work in close cooperation with Business First Level support and ensure integration & efficiency of multi-tiered IT support
  • Analyse logistics processes and functional requirements regarding potential IT solutions change
  • Translate business problems & requirements into appropriate IT functional changes/enhancements
  • Keep IT solution design delivered to production up-to-date according to evolution
  • Drive and/or support solution test, deployments and life-cycle management
  • Contribute to implement weekly report and knowledge database
  • Collaborate with business functions (Key Users, Project Managers) and other IT teams (L3 Support, Delivery Centres)


  • At least 3 years of experience within Supply Chain/Logistics IT Support
  • Knowledge of IT operations processes (Incident, Problem, Change, NRT, UAT support)
  • Proven capability to train other users over IT solutions (knowledge transfer)
  • University degree in IT/Engineering field
  • Good knowledge of English, fluent in communication
