Customer Service Officer in Logistics

Belgrade

Required qualifications:

• University degree, preferably Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in international road transport
• PC literacy
• Fluency in English, other language would be a plus
• Driving license B category

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining good relationship with key clients
• Providing logistics services expertise to customers
• Participating in negotiations and making offers to clients
• Cooperating with different transportation departments, customs and finance departments in order to provide the best quality service
• Reporting on activities and outcomes

• Good organizational skills and team spirit
• Strong customer focus
• Proactive individual with high goal orientation
